ilmsquare is a new and exciting online platform that connects students with high quality Muslim teachers from around the world.
We created ilmsquare with teachers in mind. We give you complete autonomy to teach in any capacity: full-time; part-time as well as set your own schedule and rates.
You can teach from anywhere where an internet connection is available.
Application/Requirement
Join the platform by creating a Teacher Profile. Our team will then carefully evaluate all the information on your profile, reach out to you if we have further questions, and determine to approve your profile or not. If approved, your profile will go live instantly and you can start teaching.
As a company, we pride ourselves on the quality of our teachers. Hence, we’re very selective on who we add to our platform.
We will inform you of your status via your email within 3-5 business days
Once you create your ilmsquare profile, and your profile is approved, we will display your profile on our platform where students from across the world can view and book you for a lesson.
Make sure your profile is completely filled and that you have a profile photo, introduction video and bio discriptions that meet our requirements.
Payments
We use a leading online payment system to process payments from students. Once the student purchases your monthly package, you will be able to see the dollar amount (minus the 18%--20% commission) in your ilmsquare account.
You can withdraw money from your ilmsquare wallet using PayPal.
Yes, it is free to create a profile. We only take a small amount of commission (18%--20%) when your monthly package is purchased to cover the expenses related to maintaining the platform and marketing your profile to potential students.
Technology
You need a laptop or desktop computer with a camera and microphone and strong internet connection.
We have integrated Zoom into our platform so all the learning takes place via Zoom and we require all our teachers to have a Zoom account.
All communication with students is done through ilmsquare’s private messaging system.
